Alexis Bridges

Hello! Thanks so much for checking out my bio!

My name is Alexis Bridges and I started my own tutoring company seven years ago after experiencing the constant pressure and demands of working in the school system as an elementary teacher and school counselor. Tutoring students has been a passion of mine for over 20 years whether I worked for various companies or did it independently. Starting C E Mitchell Tutoring Services has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made!

Since March 2015, my company has provided tutoring services in-person and virtually to students in grades K-12 that reside in counties such as Fulton, Clayton, Gwinett, Cobb, Dekalb, and Douglas. We are also a Partner in Education with Douglas County Schools.

In 2021, I created a 501c-3 nonprofit organization called C E Mitchell Services Foundation Inc. geared toward teaching underserved youth career prep and financial literacy. 

My qualifications include a BS in Elementary Education and an MS in Guidance & Counseling. I also hold dual certification in Georgia and Alabama as an Early Childhood Educator (P-5), School Counselor (P-12), TEFL-TESOL Instructor &  Achology Life Coach.
