Kayla Bigerton

I am an Associate Leadership & Organizational Development Business Partner. In my role, I coach and train leaders to reach their fullest potential. I firmly believe that leadership is a skill and not a title. Anyone can hone their leadership skills. 

I recently had my first baby, Delilah Rain in December 202. I also recently received my Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology.
