I grew up in a small town south of Kansas City and after high school, I worked as a teller at a local bank while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Missouri Western State University. Even though my degree was in Marketing, I decided to continue in banking, wearing many hats and taking on a wide variety of positions including Branch Manager, Trip Coordinator, Personal Banker, and Brokerage Assistant. In 2015, I decided to make a change in order to enhance my career and move to the Commercial side in Treasury Management. Not only is it a specialized division of banking but I still get to help my clients meet their needs and get the most out of their banking relationship.
Over the past 26 years, I have taken my small town values and passion for helping others to a whole new level by meeting the needs of my clients. I ask the right questions in order to figure out what products and services are best suited to each individual and their business in order to make a solid recommendation. At the end of the day, if I can make the lives of my business customers easier then I have done my job.
I have been with CrossFirst Bank since April of 2018. CrossFirst stands for 4 C's, Character, Competence, Connection and Commitment. We are "Serving People in Extraordinary Ways". When you call CrossFirst, you get a live person to talk and people who genuinely care. I am proud of where I came from but also proud of where I work.
I am currently a member of the Kansas City Express Network American Business Women's Association (ABWA) where I received the Protégé award in 2019 and Woman of the Year award in 2021.
I live in Blue Springs, MO with my husband Greg, sons Devin and Peyton, a Shih-Tzu named Zoey and two Boxers named Bentley & Sophie. I love good wine, travel, listening to audio books and cooking.
