Mary Ellerman

When I joined the Territorial Charter in Yuma, AZ 22 years ago I knew that I was becoming a part of an organization that truly embraced their mission statement. I have a large family of ABWA sisters throughout the USA all of which are so precious.

Currently the Treasurer and Historian for the chapter. We are a diverse chapter with many new members, each bringing something to the chapter. 

My leadership style is Servant Leader valuing my employees as my first customer. I am the Owner operator of ACME Staffing in El Centro, CA and Yuma, AZ. Although our work is important there is so much more than work. Balance life and work makes for a positive atmosphere.

I am married to Kim Ellerman an ABWA Good Guy for 28 years. We have two daughters and two grandchildren.

I am passionate about reading, listening music especially to the symphony. Travel is something that I have always enjoyed so I look forward to embarking on new adventures.
