Latorie Lloyd

Latorie S. Lloyd currently serves with the Jessamine Chapter, located in Charleston, SC. She is the 2019 American Business Woman as well as one of the 2019 Top Ten women of ABWA. She previously served as a 2018 and 2016 Approved Candidate for District I Vice President. She proudly served as President (two years), Secretary, and Professional Development Chair for the Midlands Chapter. She also previously served as an Advisor to the EmpowerHer, Jessamine, and NF Pearls of Success Chapters. Latorie was the 2014 Woman of the Year for the Midlands Chapter.

Latorie is the Owner & CEO of Aspire Early Learning Academy, LLC, which has three locations in Columbia, SC, and one in Moncks Corner, SC. She serves as a Councilwomen with the Town of Moncks Corner and as Realtor, with AgentOwned Premier Realty She taught as an Adjunct Professor with Trident Technical College for two years. She is a Certified Trainer and Certified Technical Assistance Provider for South Carolina's Center for Child Care Career Development. Latorie also enjoys mentoring, reading, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Latorie is the author of "Aspire in Your Pursuit" (2016) and co-author of "The A2Z of Early Childhood Management" (2012). She has a Master of Arts degree in Management & Leadership, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and an Associate of Arts in Public Service. She has a Certification in Child Care Management, a Real Estate license, and has been a Notary Public for the State of South Carolina for over 14 years.
