Dr. Evelyn L. Anderson earned her Ph. D. in Higher Education Administration: Educational Leadership from Liberty University, and her M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. She is a Part-Time Professor of Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, and Criminal Justice at National University. She is a Subject Matter Expert in Minorities, Crime, and Social Justice and Urban Planning and Redevelopment. She served as a Sergeant for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and was the Director of Development for Path of Life Ministries in Riverside, California.

Dr. Anderson "Dr. E." is dedicated to entrepreneurship, it has been woven into the fabric of her life. She is committed to changing the narrative that small business owners cannot compete in large-scale projects or government contracting. To assist small to medium-sized business owners elevate their business she founded Elevate Commercial Lending (ECL). ECL offers a full line of financing solutions to help business owners reach the highest heights. ECL achieves its mission by ascertaining the right financing solution for businesses. She offers resources to help companies gain their certifications as Women-Owned, Minority-Owned, Veteran-Owned, LGBTQ+, etc. Dr. E feels it is essential to have business certifications to compete for large-scale projects and government contracts.
