Tammy Turner Williams

Tammy Turner Williams is an Executive Administrative Assistant with the federal government with over 25 years of dedicated executive administrative experience.  Tammy also holds a Virginia Realtors license and is currently an active real estate agent with CTI Real Estate a firm in Fredericksburg, VA.  Awarded Top Producing Agent for 2022 & 2023, joining the Million Dollar Club in 2023.   Tammy is an active Member, Deaconess, and Financial Administrator at her church New Destiny Baptist Church, Fredericksburg, VA.  She serves her community on the Kingswood Homes Board of Directors.  Tammy is a member of several real estate professional organizations to include FAAR, NAR, Women's Council of Realtors, and MRP.  Tammy attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 1983 - 1985.  She received her Realtor license in 2017.  In addition, she has earned professional certifications as a Military Relocation Professional, (2021), and Protocol Officer Certification from the prestigious Protocol School of Washington (2022).   A Fredericksburg native, Tammy is married to her "Best Friend", David Williams, Jr.  They have a blended family with two adult sons who have in total blessed them with five beautiful grandchildren.  Tammy's strength is her egalitarian spirit, believing that all people deserve to be seen and treated equally.  She enjoys a good podcast, road trips with her husband, baking, and learning about different cultures and finding common interest.
