Rose Armstrong

I'm the Executive & Co-Founding Director of our Public Non-profit, The Smith-Armstrong Training & Counseling Foundation,Inc. Under another program, we've provided tutorial services under the "No-Child Left Behind" Fed. grant in  Alabama and donated bookbags during celebrations. We've also given partial scholarship funds to disadvantaged students.  In addition, I've  provided Financial literacy to teens & Adults, plus helped organzations achieve non-profit status and develped and write grants for other organizations.
