Mary E. Murrill is the CEO/Owner of Rescue Me Virtually. This digital marketing agency offers website design, graphic design, and marketing tools and resources that help produce revenue.
Mary is an energetic, motivated businesswoman passionate about helping new and thriving small businesses generate more leads. It is her belief that small businesses are the backbone of the economy, and she is dedicated to helping them grow and succeed. She accomplishes this by conceptualizing creative ideas with her clients while at the same time testing and improving the design of websites. As a web designer, Mary is responsible for designing and building the interface, navigation, and aesthetics for her clients and their businesses. In addition, her experience and her degree from Strayer University solidified marketing as her passion. As a marketer, Mary's continual innovative thinking and learning is a must which is an aspect that motivates her enthusiasm for her craft.
Over the past few years, Mary has written and co-authored four books that inspire and motivate women. Three of these books were on the best sellers list. In addition to being an author, she believes in serving her community. Her motto is "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." Mary serves on the board of directors at Equipment Connections for Children. This non-profit organization connects families of children living with disabilities to help fulfill vital, unmet adaptive equipment needs. In addition, she is also a member of the American Business Women's
Association, Maryland Capital Chapter (ABWA). Within this organization, she serves on the membership committee to maintain and strengthen the chapter while enlisting new members. The mission of ABWA is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and provide opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
Mary resides in Maryland, home to the Chesapeake Bay and Blue Crabs. Her daughter, with a degree in culinary, and son-in-law have given her the greatest gifts that she could ever imagine of six grandchildren. She has an adult son with a degree in IT, and she often tells him that he has to catch up regarding the grandchildren. When not working to assist others, Mary enjoys movies, traveling, experiencing new restaurants, networking, and spending time with family and friends.
