Roxanne Alexander Little is a veteran, real estate agent, and entrepreneur building relationships within the community. She works with private lenders as well as investors in providing affordable housing or creating housing opportunities in Anne Arundel County, Prince George's County, Montgomery County, Baltimore County and Northern Virginia on (duplexes, lease options, single family homes, rental properties, wholesale deals, short-sales and fix and flip properties). She is originally from Trinidad and Tobago. She migrated to the United States at the age of 16, where she attended Damascus High School. After graduation she joined the United States Marine Corps in 2001, where she served from 2001 - 2010.
Roxanne's passion is serving men, women, and children within the community. She strives to be an influencer, way maker, and has dedicated her time and efforts in helping homeless veterans. She is a member of the Baltimore Chamber of Commerce, The Women Council of Realtors (WCR), and the American Business Women's Association (ABWA). As an American Businesswomen Association (ABWA) member I've had the pleasure to of serving on the Professional Development Committee by creating content, developing ABWA Certificates for Presenters, Intake Form, and the Professional Development Committee Handbook, as well as creating a strategic plan for future funding opportunities for the program. Strategy architect in the development of innovative and initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities.
