Variety, with purpose, defines the life of Lisa Horst!  Her passions are connecting people, building relationships and life-long learning!

Since 2002, The Learning Link has given Lisa the opportunity to spend time in classrooms with team leaders and supervisors helping them to become better leaders. Her incredible energy and passion for helping managers has clients asking her to return year after year.

In 2009, Lisa and husband John, purchased the Wohlsen Mansion in downtown Lancaster and became instant landlords.  Since then, they continue to refine the west end mansion to her original glory and provide safe and affordable housing to tenants who quickly become neighbors.

Giving back to the community is important to Lisa and her involvement includes serving in many roles within the American Business Women's Association-Lancaster Area Express Network.  She also volunteers in various capacities at Millersville Community Church.  Lisa is a sought-after facilitator of networking events that get people greeting and meeting and learning how to turn contacts into connections and into customers, clients, and referrals!

Lisa's past experience includes other careers in the U.S. Army, retail and human resources.  Lisa earned a B.S. in Management and Organizational Development and an A.S. in Fashion Merchandising. As a life-long learner, she continues to build skills by reading books and magazines and attending webinars and conferences. 

Style wise, Lisa is engaging and action-oriented and exudes energy and enthusiasm!! Be sure to ask about Petunia-her Chihuahua/Fox Terrier mix--she has pictures!
