Vanessa Willis

Vanessa Willis retired from AT&T with 38 years of service in the Information Technology department.  She received her Bachelor's degree from Texas A& I University in Kingsville, Texas.  During her career, she worked as a mainframe coder, software tester, and a supervising manager of a software development and testing team.  Vanessa has watched the company changed from a wireline phone business to a corporation that connects people via Phone, Tablets, TV, Home Security, and Smart cars.

Vanessa has been a member of ABWA for 27 years and served on executive board position in traditional chapters and the Bay Area Council of Northern California.  With the formation of the Bay Area Business Express Network, she was delighted to become a "charter" member. 

Vanessa served as the 2016 - 2017 National President and SBMEF Trustees for ABWA.  She was honored to serve with eight phenomenal and inspiring leaders that served on that board.  And through her travels that year, she was blessed to get the chance to network with ABWA sisters across the nation. 

For fun, she enjoys solving jigsaw puzzles and learning new quilt patterns.
