I am a marketing & communications professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing, communications, and event promotions. I'm an award-winning cybersecurity industry leader with proven experience in program awareness, brand management, corporate identity programs, and has successfully coordinated key marketing and communications initiatives for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. As a a highly motivated professional, I've consistently and creatively exceeded expectations in leading programs, events, and campaigns for national headquarters personnel, sales support teams and senior management/partners. I've been selected to speak at industry events throughout the United States, in Ireland and Canada.

My passion to mentor and elevate future women leaders aligns with my leadership role as Board of Director - Events & Conference Planning for the Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) Kansas City Affiliate chapter/ KC Metroplex and continued role as Co-Lead for cybersecurity and technology professional and community events advocating for women leaders, targeting underserved cities and communities. These efforts are critical in reducing, and someday eliminating, the significant racial and gender gap in a predominantly male-dominated industry.

I also have a passion for reducing the landfills by creating artfully unique repurposed treasures with my 'peculiaRExpressions' business, featured in 'shop local' stores in the Greenwood, Belton, and Harrisonville, MO communities.
