Cindy Schmitt

National speaker and trainer, Dr. Cindy Schmitt, has over 30 years of experience in the fields of training, performance management and process improvement. Her experience includes motivational speaking, performance management training, and process improvement consulting for schools, non-profit organizations, businesses and governmental agencies across the United States. 

Cindy holds a Bachelor's of Professional Studies from Barry University and a Master's in Computer Information Systems from Florida Tech and a Doctorate in Social Leadership from OGS. Cindy has served on numerous boards and committees at local, state, and national level. Cindy Schmitt's realistic, upbeat, and systematic approach has earned her recognition as a leader in her field. Three such honors include Air Force Space Command Training Director of the Year, the Air Force Professional Performer Award given to the top 5%, and the ABWA National Top Ten Business Women.

Currently, Cindy helps individuals and organizations leverage the power of their information systems.   Her passion is discovering and experimenting with new learning technologies.
